We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding to ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing the end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding to ongoing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer retention and upsell strategies
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
