We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for performing various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. You will also help develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our organization.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, from sourcing and screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending job offers
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive work culture
  • Assist in performance management activities, such as goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
  • Provide support for various HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and administration, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and employment regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
